Refunds & Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at coastallouise@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
